Courses + Workshops
Some of the most grounding things you can do are also the simplest: making something with your hands, slowing down long enough to notice what’s around you, letting creativity do what words can't.
Make something. Come back to yourself.
These courses are designed for people who want a gentle, creative way to regulate their nervous system, reconnect with their own quiet, and make things that bring a little more beauty into their everyday life. No art experience needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
Courses
A self-paced watercolor course for calm and grounding
When life feels heavy or overwhelming, sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pick up a brush.
Rooted Reset is a series of short, simple watercolor practices designed to give your nervous system a place to land. Each video is brief by design. Easy to fit into a break, a quiet moment, or a few minutes carved out of a busy day.
You'll move through grounding meditations, calming color exercises, and nature-inspired mark making, all at your own pace, in your own time.
You'll walk away with: a set of simple creative practices you can return to again and again, whenever you need to find your footing.
Rooted Reset
Bring it into the room.
Workshops take the Wanderwood experience off the screen and into real space, whether that's a studio, a park, or your workplace. They're facilitated, immersive, and designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and make something together.
Workshops
For individuals + public events
In-person workshops are in development for the Indianapolis area and beyond. If you want to be notified when public workshops are available, sign up for the Wanderwood newsletter.
For teams + organizations
Looking for something meaningful for your team? I bring workshops directly into organizations. It’s a facilitated creative and/or nature-based experience that helps teams step away from the grind, reconnect with themselves and each other, and return to their work with more clarity and calm.
These sessions work well as standalone team experiences, offsites, or as part of a larger retreat day.
