Hello there!

I'm Lydia Lodovisi, owner of Wanderwood Studio, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. I'm an artist, certified forest therapy guide, and coach who helps leaders and creatives feel like themselves again: steady, clear, and connected to what actually matters.

After 20+ years leading teams in high-pressure corporate and agency environments, I know firsthand what it feels like to be capable, respected, and quietly exhausted all at once. Leaving that world and healing from burnout taught me things no leadership training ever did: that slowing down isn't weakness, that nature is one of the most underused tools we have, and that creativity can unlock what the thinking mind can't reach.

I created Wanderwood Studio to bring all of that together. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, nature-based practices, and deep self-trust. I work with leaders and mindful humans through 1:1 coaching, forest therapy experiences, and creative workshops — helping them rebuild their inner compass and lead well without burning themselves out in the process.

The name “Wanderwood” comes from my love of wandering in the woods and that old adage, “Not all who wander are lost.”

Much of the art I create centers around the organic shapes and colors found in the forests and landscapes I frequent. For me, painting is an act of meditation and reflection, a journey of exploration through play and curiosity.

As a certified forest therapy guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides & Programs, I believe partnership with the natural world offers a unique opportunity for healing and wholeness. Whether through a guided forest walk, a coaching session, or a painting, my goal is to bring a sense of peace, connection, and possibility to everything I create.
