I’m not creative, will this work for me?
Absolutely! You don’t need art experience, drawing skills, or confidence with watercolor. The practices are intentionally simple and exploratory, with no right or wrong outcome. You’re welcome to use whatever materials you already have. A full supply list is included, but less is truly enough here.
The goal isn’t to make something impressive.
The goal is to feel more at ease in your body and mind.
About Your Guide
Hi, I’m Lydia.
I’m a leadership and creativity coach, forest therapy guide, and former design leader who knows what it’s like to live at a relentless pace.
Rooted Reset grew out of my own need and my clients’ needs for something gentler. A way to pause that doesn’t involve checking out, but rather coming home to yourself. The practices in this mini-course have helped me ground and find calm amid the chaos, and I know they can do that for you too.
My work blends nature-based practices, creative exploration, and nervous-system-aware facilitation to support people who are tired of pushing and ready for a different rhythm.
You don’t need to change who you are.
You just need space to remember yourself.
Move Through Rooted Reset At Your Own Pace
There’s no schedule to keep and no timeline to follow.
You can take Rooted Reset all at once, or pause and return as needed. You’ll have lifetime access, so it can become a resource you come back to whenever you need grounding, calm, or a creative pause.
