Join us for a forest bathing walk where we will use all of our senses to be present, observe the natural world around us, and find a sense of calm and rest before the bustle of the holiday week.
This is a gentle walk rather than a strenuous hike. Please dress comfortably and in layers to stay warm and dry. We’ll walk rain or shine, except in the case of heavy rain or lightning, when the event will be rescheduled or canceled. More info will be emailed in the days before the event.
